Return & Exchange Policy
At Caffix, we want you to enjoy every product you buy from us. In the rare case that you’re not satisfied, we’ve made our Return & Exchange Policy simple and transparent.
1. Eligibility
• Returns or exchanges are applicable within 7 days of purchase.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Food, beverages, and perishable items are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
• Bill/Receipt Required: A valid purchase receipt must be presented.
• Product Condition: Items should not show signs of use, wear, or damage.
• Damaged Items: Any damage/defect must be reported within 24 hours of purchase or delivery, along with photos/video proof (for online orders).
• Packaging: Products must be returned in proper packaging to avoid damage during transit.
4. Refunds
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original mode of payment.
• For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.
5. Exclusions
• Perishable consumables (coffee, bakery items, food & beverages)
• Gift cards, vouchers, and promotional items
• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or neglect
6. Force Majeure
Caffix shall not be liable for delays or inability to process returns/exchanges due to circumstances beyond our control (natural calamities, strikes, government actions, etc.).
